What does it mean when a company shows “  Complaint resolved with Revdex.com assistance (1 complaint)  “ ?
Given the time line, this appears to be our complaint against ifix Home Improvement (filed 12/31/2014) of Hatboro, PA .  The contractor started our bathroom remodel June 17, 2014.  We are nearing 8 MONTHS and the job is still not done (photos are attached.)
 
How can the complaint be resolved?  Do I need to file another complaint?

The guy is nice enough, but it's been 10 MONTHS and he still hasn't finished our bathroom! We haven't seen him since the middle of February 2015, despite having taken over $8000 from us.
