Review: I had sent out my computer 11/**/14 Saturday evening to have the damaged DVD player replaced. The computer has been with this company for several days and they don't bother to give me a follow-up phone call. I am the one initiating the phone calls. They tell me the computer does NOT turn onsomething wrong with the mother board. My computer was working fine except for the DVD player until they got their hands on it. I am furious because no one in their organization has reached out to me regarding the issue. I had No computer for about 2 weeks 11/**/14- 12/**/14. I was suppose to receive a follow-up call 11/**/14 but no word as of yet. I spoke to [redacted])with a warning that If they did Not have my computer fixed by 12/*/14 Tuesday that they would have to buy me a new one and transfer all my files to the new one and he agreed. I finally get a call Wednesday from one of his workers that the computer is finally fixed. WHAT A MIRACLE OR A SHAM! They took out a piece from my motherboard. They originally charged me $70 for the DVD replacement and Lowered it to $50. After, all the undue stress I told [redacted] that I should NOT be charged at all. I could have brought a whole new CPU Unit which goes from $550-1100. He would have lost a whole lot more money including the reputation of the business.Desired Settlement: My $50 bucks.
