I am rejecting this response because: That is what the business owner told me and that's what I am disputing I brought the phone back into him days after the screen was placed on advising him that the reason there was a crack on the upper corner was because the screen wasn't set on the phone Correctly causing it to crackThe phone wasn't dropped as he was insulting to meThat's why I was upset and yelled at himWhen I first brought the phone in to be replaced it never was cracked to begin withIt was only not workingHe put a new screen & days later that screen had a crackThe quality of the product or the repair wasn't done I refuse to pay another $to have yet another screen put onPrior to having him do the job I specifically asked him why I should do the job there and not use my warranty through AT&T which in this case now could have saved me $ and guaranteed me that the work would have been done correctly the first time I gave his business an opportunity to repair my phone however the job was done lousy only to cause another problem with the phone and to now make me have to pay yet more $Also I'm not sure now whether or not AT&T will allow me to use my warranty since it's not the original screen on the phone So I think by using his business service it's messed up that for me

Today, I received another collection notice that I have not paid the billIt took months for them to accurately show/ allocate the monies paidIn the mean time, I had received my EOBs from my insurance companyOn March 26, 2014, I paid and to TulaneUnfortunately, I did not realize that they had assigned many different account numbers for the same day of serviceThe monies I paid on March were allocated to account ***However, should have been allocated to account *** and should have been allocated to account ***As of last week, the billing department for the doctors also have *** account messed upThey do not show the PPO writeoff, the insurance payment and my payments correctlyAs of date, I have not been able to contact the doctor's billing office now that I have figured out where the problem liesTULANE has been paid in fullThey need to figure out how the Hospital and their doctors billing can be correctedTulane can either figure out how to move the money between the accounts or they can refund my moneyOnce they send me my over payments, I will repay my final bills
BOTTOM LINE: We will never return to TULANE for any reasonMy son has made the decision that if they can not accurately bill for a single day of services, we can only imagine the horror of TULANE billing for a major surgery especially since they turned his bill over to a collection agency before they had applied our payment of which was paid prior to receiving any services from the hospitalIt took them over two months to accurately show our initial paymentI am sure the doctors associated with Tulane University Hospital would like to know they are losing paying customers due to an incompetent billing department and an aggressively harassing collection agencyWho by the way,has been told NOT to contact me or my family ever againThey called demanding we repay a bill that had already been paidThe Hospital Administrator should be informed of the drama that the business / billing department are inflicting upon their customers

I once again am stating that the screen wasn't completely placed on the phone properlyHad the workmanship been done correctly we wouldn't be having this conversation nor concernThe screen is only cracked because tge business didn't do the job right to begin withThe phone is also now having the same problem as it was before I took it into be fixedNot sliding on the display when calls are incomingIf the phone was repaired then it should be working 100% and it is notI don't believe the phone was ever really fixed in any fashion other than they took off the screen, put it back on, but not all the way causing it to crack on the corner!! As well as Siri not working and now within a short period of time the phone is back to its original problem.....not able to answer calls.

I initially sent a request for billing records in 9/ I re-sent the request on multiple occasions I was promised by several people that I would get the billing records requested I talked w/several "lead" people, was told a supervisor would call No supervisor ever calledNo one ever called me back as to the status of my request As of 03/19/15, I still do not have records ordered in 9/ I don't understand what the problem isthey act as if they just don't care

It involves a billing issue with one of our hospitals, however the hospital's billing is handled by Parallon located in Houston.

The phone wasn't dropped as he was insulting to me. That's why I was upset and yelled at him. When I first brought the phone in to be replaced it never was cracked to begin with. It was only not working. He put a new screen & 2 days later that screen had a crack. The quality of the product or the repair wasn't done.  
I refuse to pay another $100 to have yet another screen put on. Prior to having him do the job I specifically asked him why I should do the job there and not use my warranty through AT&T which in this case now could have saved me $ and guaranteed me that the work would have been done correctly the first time.  I gave his business an opportunity to repair my phone however the job was done lousy only to cause another problem with the phone and to now make me have to pay yet more $. Also I'm not sure now whether or not AT&T will allow me to use my warranty since it's not the original screen on the phone.  So I think by using his business service it's messed up that for me.
