Tell us why hdear Business Bureau first of all we have signs in the entire store that says no cash refunds, true that he came to buy a simcard for h2o wireless because his flip phone old model phone was saying no simcard inserted, we charge dls for the simcard and the work that we do to transfer the service to the new simcard,we gave him the new simcard and we transfer the service to the new simcard and we put the simcard in the phone and the phone seemed to be working fine, so he left the store after or minutes his niece or daughter we do not know what it was came back saying that his phone would not come on we test the simcard in another phone and the simcard was working fine but the phone would not come on we did as much as we could to see if we could make the phone to turn on we put a new battery and nothing we put his battery in another phone and the other phone came on so there was something wrong with the entire phone definitely, then we told her that we could not done anything else unless if he buys another phone to put that new simcard that he bought and she said if we could refund the money for the simcard we said that we could not because we already transfer the service to a new simcard and if we removed the service from that new simcard we would not be able to reuse that simcard to resell it ,so they left the store.on Saturday a lady call to the store upset rude threatening us saying that she was going to make a complaint with Business Bureau because we did not give her dls back for the simcard we explained her the situation the reason that we could not refund the money because we could not reuse that simcard and that he came to buy a simcard not a phone and she hung up the phone upset and now she is complainingere

The merchant is still not acknowledging his error nor is he agreeing to refund my monies. He provided no services and is unwilling to refund monies for his faulty merchandise. The phone was working fine prior to the merchant programing and inserting the sim card I purchased from him.
