I have received an email saying I would be shipped my order. That was over three weeks ago. The picture acctached is the email I got saying I would have what I ordered within a week.

Review: Way back in february of 2013 I order $700 in iphone 5 casings and screens that were supposed to be custom for the iphone 5. I ordered 2 casings and 1 screen. they website said that they would be shipping them within 3-4 weeks. but it was not until May of this year when I received the casings but still did not receive a screen. I sent one of the casings back for a different color and asked when the screen was going to be on the way. But every time I called they would give me some story on when I would get it. finally it got to the point where I will happily send back the one casing that I have but I want a full refund because its been 7 months since the date of order and I still dont have the screen that goes along with the casings so theres no point in even putting them together. I have waited so long now that the new iphone will be coming out in one month so why would I even want the stuff for the old iphone, Ive tried to call and leave messages on their voicemail and I have emailed them saying to respond but I never get anything but a run around.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all of the phone parts that I bought because when I bought them and paid for them I did not expect it to take 7 months to get them.

Infixdirect has contacted me and told me to send the last unit back to them and they would issue me a refund. However once I did that by sending the package next day air they have not responded to any email asking what I should be waiting on now. I have also tried to call however I never get a return phone call.

Review: We send in a damaged iPhone to iFixDirect to have some repair work done to it. It was received by iFixDirect on 11/**/13. Verifiable via UPS.

We sent them an email with the tracking information, as requested by their site, to let them know the item was on it's way. In spite of this, we never heard a word from them. On December [redacted], I received an email asking if we were sending in the phone or if we simply wanted the parts. I then re-sent them the tracking information and they said they found the package, apologized, and said the item would be shipped out "on Friday." That would have been December [redacted].

Needless to say, the item was not shipped and all subsequent requests for status have gone unanswered. Additionally, the phone number listed on their website is a non-functioning number.

Details:

Order was placed by [redacted]. Order Number: #[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the order completed and delivered if they have the parts. If not, I would like the original, damaged phone returned. All via a trackable method of shipping.

I'm out 108 dollars, but if I don't get the original phone back, the total is way more than that. 5-600 dollars.

Review: I purchased a product from iFixdirect and never revived it. I been emailing the company back and forth and they gave me a confirmation number to FedEx to track the package. But when I called FedEx they said they never revived that package. So they just printed out the lable and never shipped it. Bottom line is they gave me the comfermation number just to shut me up. And now I'm requesting a refund and they never got back to me. And the phone numbers for the company nobody never answer them.

[redacted] order has been cancelled on April [redacted] of 2013 and the total amoint of $69.20 was credited to his card. Im not clear as to why there is a complaint however I did reach out the customer again to ensure his issue is resolved, as of right now I have no feedback yet from his behalf.
