Hi,As a business owner it is sad to know that our regular customer is not satisfied with our service and complained about usOur business priority is customer satisfaction We fix those devices everyday and we are proud of our serviceWe offer onsite phone and tablet repairs and we replace the damaged HARDWARE on devices, however some devices has software issues that we cannot fix and we do not offer repair services for itWe helped this customer with her device and when she brought her phone to us it was damaged not a brand newSo it is nonsense to request the price of the new phone.We installed a third party screen on her device which she was aware of and signed a consent formPlease find it attachedAlso our store policy is attached where it clearly says iFixHere is using third party replacement partsLike the customer noted, she brought her device in multiple times because she has been dropping it and some internal damage occurred as as a result of dropping so many times which we couldn't repair even though our technicians tried their best We apologized for not being able to fix her phone and refunded 200$ which is costs the more than we paid for the parts we installed on her phone The customer left our store in good termsagain, the customer had a damaged device and we couldn't fix it, the customer bought a new device and it is not fair she is asking us to pay for it.Please find the attached agreement and the store policy.Thank youBabak [redacted]

Allyev B. called to respond and stated we gave the consumer free repair service and additionally free screen protector. Customer appreciated and hopefully everyone is happy.

I just bought a LG G3 and had dropped it and the screen shattered despite having a protective cover on it. I brought it to Verizon and because I didn't buy the warranty, they wouldn't do anything for me. Across from the Verizon store at Crossgates Mall, is an IFIXHERE. I went over to the store, they quoted me $200 to fix the phone, I had it repaired on Sept. 24, 2015. I picked it up, seemed fine and paid $216.00. I was really happy that they were able to fix my phone. I bought a genuine Otterbox for my phone because it's supposed to be shock proof. I began to notice that some of the areas on the keyboard were not responding to touch. About a week after I had it fixed the area below the screen (where the LG logo is) started to peel. I didn't pay that much attention to it. On Oct. 11, 2015 I noticed that there is a hairline crack in the screen that goes from the logo halfway up the screen on the left side.

I did not drop the phone and there is no point of impact on the phone. I brought it back to Crossgates Mall and was told that they will not do anything to help me because it is NOT a factory defect. I showed the man where it was peeling and how there was NO point of impact and he just stared at me. I asked him to honor the work that they did and he said I have to understand where HE is coming from and since there is no defect he cannot fix it. He then told me that it is probably my Otterbox that cracked the screen. If the screen that was installed on my phone is that delicate that an Otterbox will crack it, what is the point of buying something to protect the phone if the screen will crack anyway.

I was not looking for a refund, I simply wanted the situation resolved, which it was not.

Review: I took my daughter to the mall to get her screen fixed on her Iphone 4S. We went to this vendor they ensured me it would look like new! (Although failed to tell me that changing the screen would void her warranty) We were told to come back in 30 minutes to retrieve her phone. We returned to the booth an hour later and it was still not done!!! We stood there waiting and he upsold a different color screen and back to us changing the price from the original 89.99 to 120.00! While watching him replace the screen and back I had to correct him because he was going to apply 2 different colored plates. When we was returning home we noticed that above the screen you could see light showing through where it shouldnt have been. About 4 1/2 hours after replacing the screen she removed the phone from her pocket and noticed a large crack by the home button. When I contacted the company requesting they help out in some way....all I got was she broke it once how do I know she didnt drop it again??? Really???Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because apparently the product they use is too thin and just will not stand up!!!

I tried to contact the consumer twice by voice mail. I am willing to replace her phone cover for free. All she has to do is come into my main mall location and we will take care of her at no charge.

Review: They fixed my phone, but for a hefty price. I was quoted $150 to fix the screen for my [redacted]. They told me it would be done in an hour. When I showed back up to pay, the price had jumped and they were now charging me $269.99. When I disputed the charge saying I would have never agreed to that price the sales person became defensive and rude and said they were going to call the police if I didn't give them a payment. She was extremely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Refund the additional $100 that they never quoted up front and I wrongfully was charged.
