After receiving the invoice, I sent them an e-mail explaining that I would not be sending payment unless I received a new *** printer as promisedHowever, the only thing I received from IFIXPC was double-talk and attempts to "connect me with a supervisor." They have called me on numerous occasions attempting to collect their fee, *** *** *** ***

Later that day, another rep told me that the printer had been sent. The next day, yet another rep told me that the printer had not been sent but that I would receive it in 2-3 days. He also said that he needed to gain access to my computer in order to explain what printer would be best for my application. Needless to say, I declined the offer and never received a printer.
