Review: iFixRobot fixes robotic vacuum cleaners. I sent them the $400 vacuum cleaner Neato 11. I got an e:mail response that it was received and a diagnostic will be sent to me in 7 days. That was Nov 21. I have e:mailed to ask for updates. I have left voice messages on the toll free contact number. I am getting no response. And they have my vacuum cleaner. With the lack of response, it appears that they have ran off with my product.Desired Settlement: I want my vacuum cleaner returned.
