I apologize for any confusion about our cancellation policy After reading your complaint I went back and reviewed our online booking process to ensure you were told all cancellation policy details prior to booking After choosing the date and flight time, the website states that
"scheduled flights may be transferred or rescheduled with hours notice", that is then followed up in the confirmation you receive from us in your email stating " You are required to check in minutes before your flight timeFailure to check in on time may result in cancellation of your flight Re-booking your flight will require you to pay a re-booking fee" I have attached an image of a similar booking confirmation that also used vouchers bought ahead of time
From what I understand, you were a same day reservation and therefore within the hour notice required to move your reservation with no additional feeI'd be happy to reschedule you when you know which date and time would work best for your schedule

I may not be ready to reschedule for some time due to travel.
