I had a bad experience with IFREC, I had paid for the class in full and then was not able to take the class and was never given a refundPlease make sure you read the fine print

I called them on the phone to ask questions about an exam and the receptionist continually interrupted me while giving a rude and snarky demeanorI told her I wanted to speak with a superior, she said this was not possibleAfter I called again and told another "career counselor" I wanted to speak with the supervisor and I as placed on hold for who knows how longHowever, once I spoke with all the reps a couple of times, I NEVER got close to the answer I was looking forThe only way I got the correct answer is from the vice president when she emailed me the next day, this is when I learned that she is the one who must be training these "career counselors," because she was snippy on the email as well Well I walked in this morning to the snarky receptionist (Nathaly 'Nat' D***) to the comment "oh rightWe ALL talk to YOU on the phone." Well I let this comment go and then when I came out from reviewing my test, I told her I wanted her card, the vice president, and the presidents card and she wouldn't even give me the correct cards, lucky I grabbed her card on the way in (her name is above ) She then went on to argue about these phone calls that were about a week earlier.She gave me the card to the director, which I called, but she(Judy) has not returned my callI don't ever write bad reviews but I have never felt to disrespected be a business or it's employees
