Review: I was supposed to get a replacement set of earbuds of equal or lesser value. They have yet to set that up for me.

I was supposed to get a replacement set of earbuds of equal or lesser value. They set up a fake purchase order for the new set of buds so that I could request a replacement pair from that order. However, the new pair that they set up had a purchase date of July 2013, which made their warranty expired and ineligible for replacement.

The original set of earbuds I purchased had a lifetime warranty. Now I am unable to replace them with a set of equal or lesser value as I was promised.

I have been contacting them for two weeks now, I even sent them a screenshot of how I did not have a "warranty replacement" link next to the new order they created.

I warned them that I was going to report them to Revdex.com. I gave them a chance and now I am following through. Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my original earbud price. They are not working and it seems that this company will not send me a replacement.

Thank you for contacting ZAGG. I am very sorry to hear you have been experiencing a problem with ZAGG and have not been able to get the ear-buds you purchased replaced. I would also feel as if the company is trying not to honor their warranties if I had this experience. I assure you this is not the experience ZAGG would like our customers to have.

Upon looking at your account history, it looks as though you were trying to order a replacement from the original order number [redacted] which was dated July 7th, 2013. I apologize for any confusion on this ad the product you purchased in 2013, iFrogz Audio Sarus Earbuds with Mic White, is no longer available and thus the reason you can not order a replacement. Per your previous contacts with us, we explained this and so you choose the iFrogz Equinox with Mic Noise Isolating Ear Buds Green for your replacement and a new registration [redacted] was created on May 24th, 2014. This is the new order you would need to order a replacement on.

Again, I am very sorry for any confusion with this process and the information you may have received from our customer service department. It should have been explained clearer so that you experienced no frustration when trying to order a replacement.

I am happy to request a replacement for you, but I would like to confirm which address you would like the Equinox ear-buds shipped to. Please reply with the shipping address and I will be happy to take care of this for you.
