Review: I originally put furniture on hold at the [redacted] location. The store moved to [redacted] without notice. After tracking down someone at the number listed on my receipt, I obtained the new address. Due to a furlough situation, I decided to use the deposit for another furniture item. I spoke with someone and they authorized a credit for another item. When I decided on a different item, I phoned the store and was unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I decided to drive to the store. Once I got there, the furniture store had moved again without any prior notice. All numbers weren't good hat I previously had. I also tried emailing the store on their website but to date have not received a response.Desired Settlement: Due to the recurring situation of the store moving, I just want a refund to avoid any further issues.

Review: I purchased an item from their [redacted] location making a final payment on my layaway in May 2013. They received part of the bed set in June 2013 and were awaiting the trundel piece. At that time they told me the item would be in two weeks. Several calls and months later I still had no bed. My responses to my calls were one of the following: we are not sure but we will check where your item is and get back to you, we have other customers whom we are having issues getting their furniture as well, we will call you back etc. On August 13, 2013 I drove out the [redacted] store only to find it empty. I immediately called ###-###-#### to speak with [redacted] whom I had talked to that Sunday (August 11) concerning my furniture and she promised to call back but never did. In speaking with [redacted] who answered the phone she stated that they had relocated and had sent everyone a letter. I told her that I had not received it otherwise I would not have made the trip to the [redacted] location. When I asked to speak to [redacted] she stated she was fired. Again, my furniture piece had not come in. On around August 21, 2013 I spoke with [redacted] explaining my frustration about the situation. She went to the warehouse took a picture of the furniture which when she sent me the photo turned out not to be what I ordered. At this point she stated she would recoop my money and/or try to make it right. Well she ordered the correct piece that would be in on August 30, and delivered on August 31. When they delivered it they nicked my walls and the furniture. Since then I have been playing phone tag with many unanswered calls about whether or not the owner/manager would monetarily compensate me for the ordeal I had gone through. Part of this situation could have been resolved if in June they had put their eyes on the furniture to realize it was not the correct piece.Desired Settlement: I feel I am entitled to a least half of what I paid on the furniture and delivery charge which would mean a cashier's check of $364.50 from Ifurnish. Based on their customer service, false statements and being so unprofessional I should receive all $729.
