We have thoroughly reviewed this complaint and found the facts to be that the items missing was two bottle of sodas valued at $1.90 each for a total of $3.80. Our policy is to send out a new delivery or refund the portion undelivered. Mr....

[redacted] chose for the soda to be redelivered and it was put in queue to be sent out. Our usual promised time of delivery is 45 - 55 minutes after placement of order. Mr. [redacted] called the store again 20 minutes later and found the soda still in queue and immediately became verbally abusive by the use of profane language. Our attempt to explain that due to high volume we do have to allow a reasonable delivery time and to curb Mr. [redacted] use of profane language also failed. We are committed to excellent customer service and is backed by our policy to redeliver or refund any portion of an order that was not received properly. Regrettably, due to heavy profanity from the customer, we were not able to resolve this issue immediately. A refund of $3.80 will be made to the customer on demand as backed by our policy. No further contact has occurred with Mr. [redacted].
