This is clearly the receipt from the purchase of the replacement part, but clearly it was not installed in my Ipad, shown in the pictures I presented They claim I picked it up in May, but interestingly, they have not produced any receipt of payment from me This is because their statements are and fraudulent and they owe me a new Ipad

Hi,first of all we just got an email today 12/17/regarding this complaintsecond, the information in this complaint is NOT TRUE at all and it looks like scam or fraud However, the complainer need to provide first and last name so we can search our records and also need to provide an
evidence like receipt or invoice just to prove that we involve in business with him or herigadget repair and recycle always provide paper receipt for any service or transactions with any customerswaiting for you reply, sincerely

This is totally Scam and Fraud the customer address in United Kingdom and we don't do business there WHAT IS THE TRACKING NUMBER IF YOU REALLY SEND THE PACKAGE TO THE UNITED STATE???

The Ipad was not ready for pickup on 5/25/because I went to the store at or around 5/25/and I was told that a defective part was ordered. The Ipad was never ready for pickup at any point because the work was never done correctly. These are all and fraudulent claims. I have been dealing with almost months of and fraudulent claims. I need this corrected

first of all this customer came on 12/17/not 12/19/we fixed her phone on 12/17/and she received it on the same day and it was working goodshe came today as of 12/22/with broken screen protector that she bought from us and broken screen and the phone was on apple logo
(non able to start)she said the screen broke by itself! and we have to fix the phone and make it start againwe even tried to make some diagnostic on the phone to understand why is not starting but she does not want to listenshe threaten us that she will call the police inside the storewe are not going to make refund for this customer for the following reasons:-the warranty does not cover any broken screen-she didn't allow us to make diagnostic on the phone-this phone must be dropped by some one "because the screen never broke from it self"-However, she can drop the phone at igadget store any time for free diagnostic and we will tell her what is the reasonif its our fault we will fix it

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

I have not had anything from them apart from saying my money will b paid by 19th decemeber. I still have not had this. I have read all comnents on their page and everyone has said they have been frauded, no payment, online quoted full working and then said fone was faulty. I am not happy with the service
