Review: I have placed an order for two Iphone 5 charges. Within the first day the first one stopped working and then the second one stopped working shortly after. I have called their customer service line many times and left many voicemails and no one has got back to me. I have also emailed and no reply. When I did a return request the website explained that I should send these items back at my expense. You mean to tell me I have not only wasted money on these but now I have to ship them back at MY EXPENSE and then I have to wait up until three weeks to receive my money? Now I had to take time out of my busy schedule to go buy another charger which cost me $28! All I want is a prepaid return label to send this defective product back and have my full refund and then I will be on my merry little way. Thank you!Desired Settlement: All I want is a prepaid return label and an immediate refund!

Review: well I was ordering a iphone 4 wallet case for my phone and I recieved a email after and I see a order number and I see what I have ordered but no contact at the bottom of the email or tracking number and the email said that it would be on my account and after that I go on the website and it said I have ordered nothing and so I asked my mom and she said that since I have the confirmation she guess its ok so I had a feeling this was odd and so I checked it again and it said no order so I go online searching to see if its a bad scam and I go on this website and people are saying its fraud/scam because they send the wrong items they charge your card without permission and take a long time to send you the wrong item and call/email you back or lie and say it is processing or it was a back sale and I don't want to be scammed I should have looked this website up but to find out its a scam I don't want other to be scammed tooDesired Settlement: I want to personally suit who scammed me and make sure no one ever get scammed again and a refund of the money I spent
