Review: I have paid hundreds of dollars for iPhone, iPad, and Android apps that I am unable to use. The company has been involved in a legal dispute, but has not responded to customers in months. They do not reply to emails, phone calls, facebook posts (of which there are many).Desired Settlement: Refund of $810 set-up fee.
Review: We were charged $25/month for 10 months but our app was never published; company will not return calls/emails and numbers listed do not work.
Initiated contact with iGivings in April 2012. In May 2012 set up recurring Visa Credit Card charge of $25 monthly for Apple and Android Applications for our church. First charge was Aug 8, 2012 and charge every month through May 2013. Sales Rep was [redacted] other email contacts from [redacted] and [redacted]. I have tried calling the numbers provided to me and on the website, but no answer and/or numbers not working. I completed a contact form online two months ago but still no contact. My credit card was NOT charged last two months, but still no contact. Our app was never published even after I received email that all info was submitted (9/21/12) and they were developing our app. We have been charged $250 for apps that were never developed. The Irving, TX address was changed to [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund of $250 which is the price we paid for the 10 months with no service provided.
