After contacting them personally and them acting like they had no idea what I was talking about on June 11th, I posted on their instagram that you could buy these banks for $8's and they immediately removed my comment and somehow knew I wanted my

On Behalf of the entire IGLOOD Team, our apologies for the communication delays. Our small in-house team was incredibly...

busy with assembling and shipping the orders, unfortunately completely delaying a reply with an updated order status.
As mentioned on our website, our products are of pre-order nature. The waiting period for shipment confirmation is mentioned to be 20-40 business days, if there are not production delays.
During our first email contact, we shared with you the issues we were having with our supplier during their Chinese New Year Vacations, which can extend up to past two weeks depending on the business! Gladly, our supplier wasn't gone for too long.
When you reached out to us a second time, our Customer Service Representative discovered your order ready to ship but with no shipping label. After printing out the label and getting your package ready to ship, you declined to wait the final 2-5 business days for USPS shipping and requested a refund.
Normally, there is a $5 cancellation fee per bank due to the products pre-order nature. However, given the products and situation at hand, we chose to waive the cancellation fee on 2 out of your 4 banks ordered and out of you $111 order, we refunded a total of $91. Our apologies we had to have you go through this experience.

We here at IGLOOD sincerely appreciate your interest in our products. We regret the fact that we were unable to be given the chance to satisfy you with our products on the basis that you declined to receive the items. Our patient purchasers are always more than excited to share their opinions and reactions with us over on our social media accounts. Hopefully you will be one of them someday!

I haven´t received my refund yet, they are lying, the told me I will receive it on April 15, but today on April 20 I haven´t received anything yet.
I´ll gladly send you a copy of the emails they have send me, where they even threaten me with an attorney.
