We found out after purchasing a [redacted] from an iGLYDE sales representative. They would not repair the product when it malfunctioned. We were going to request a refund. When we tried to call back the phone had been turned off and the Kiosk at Cary Town Center Mall, Cary, NC was gone. Their store at North Gate Mall, Durham, NC, Kiosk 53K is still open. We just found out that the product is a fake.Product_Or_Service: [redacted]/////Desired SettlementWe would like a full refund.////
