Sorry excuse for a restaurant. Buddy and I placed an order over the phone at 7:45pm for delivery and by 10pm, after several calls getting disconnected and others not answered, realized our food was not going to arrive since they close at 10pm.
Did not receive a call notifying us of delays or even a cancellation; NOTHING! This place will never receive my business again and I will warn others not to go here.
The way they handled themselves makes me believe they've done this before and it was not an isolated incident because there was no accountability. An honest mistake would have been resolved over the phone with a call to your CUSTOMER instead of closing up for the night and thinking it was ok to ignore orders.
