I “preordered” a tool from this company. I sent an email about 3 weeks after ordering the tool and got no response. Then proceeded to direct message their Instagram account since the Instagram account was posting videos and such. Which later came to find out it’s supooseldy not the owner (who eventually got around to emailing me back) who is responsible for posting videos on Instagram. I waited 4 days to hear back from the company and did not. So tonight I emailed them asking for an update since I had no idea what was going on since I didn’t even know I was preordering the tool. When I emailed them I did not appreciate how the owner talked to me so I asked for a refund and for them to keep the tool. No where on any website or social media site does it state a return policy. So when I asked for a refund he told me that I would get my money back whenever he sold “my tool.” That can be based on opinion since he orders more at a time than what has actually been ordered by customers through his website. So I proceeded to tell him that he can give me my money back now or be reported to the Revdex.com. He then told me again that I won’t get my money until a tool that I ordered is resold.
