In an age of detached customer service and waning quality control, igourmet offers a refreshingly high quality shopping experience from start to finish. Their selection of products is impressive and quality is very high, but their customer service department goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I ordered a selection of perishable goods as a Christmas gift for a friend, but I supplied the wrong address, as I wasn't aware that she'd moved. A helpful and professional customer service agent called me to rectify the problem, and they very quickly and deftly resolved the shipping issue and got my gift to my friend at her new address within 24 hours, and didn't even charge me for the extra shipping. I was amazed and touched at the care they took to make sure my gift arrived properly.

Did he want something else or did he want to wait to see if we could get it? No reply. He then finally contacted us through our livechat online 2 months later (in late October) and agreed to a refund check. Again, he would not provide a phone number to reach him. A refund check was mailed with him within the last 2 weeks in the amount of 22.98. The money order was never cashed.
