IGT Landscaping and Excavation

Review: We hired IGT Landscaping of Kennewick, WA to install our underground sprinklers and landscaping for our new home in March of 2010.Our lot is a quarter acre lot with a new home. The price we paid was $11,190.08. The project was completed by July, 2010. Since that time, we have had to have the underground sprinklers repaired many time, due to leaks, wiring issues, etc. One time I came home and had a huge lake of water in my backyard due to a pipe break. These repairs were done on October, 2010 for $158.50; May, 2012 in the amount of $60.00; November, 2012 in the amount of $220.23; November, 2012 in the amount of $232.45; and April, 2013 in the amount of $40.10.These repairs were all diagnosed as improper installation of the underground sprinklers. We have called [redacted]'s office at IGT Landscaping and spoke with his secretary multiple times regarding reimbursement of the amount of $711.28. We have spoken to [redacted] (President of IGT Landscaping) in person as well. He has promised to reimburse these costs. We have emailed copies of the repair invoices to him several times. He has not paid us back for any of the repairs done. He does not stand behind his work. We would never recommend his company or use him again.Desired Settlement: We would like to be reimbursed for the $711.28 that it has cost us to repair the flaws in the sprinkler system installed by IGT Landscaping as promised by [redacted] on multiple occasions.
