Review: We hired [redacted] to install ALL the audio/visual systems and burglar alarm systems for ournew home. Not only did he not do the work in a timely manner, but at one point, he collected over $9000 for 24 speakers he was to purchase for us. He pocketed more than half of the money andrefuses to pay us back. He has left us with ALL the work partly done and we are faced with having to hire a new company to try and figure out what he has done. This is after paying him over$34,000. He charges hourly and pads every bill. A very bad mistake getting involved with thisguy.Desired Settlement: We want Gerhart Koga to immediately pay us $5729.47, the money he owes us.
