Review: This Dental Office has a Serious billing issue. My first quote for two root canals with crowns was $8500.00

I had left a review they convinced me to return at a lower cash Price of $2470.00 for both teeth after I got another quote from another Dentist. The second dentist said I had a obstruction of both teeth with Dr. [redacted] never mentioned in the $8500 quote. All the sudden he was going to waive the obstruction fee for both teen if I came back.

All the sudden there is a new fee. I was told my cash price was $2470.00 which I paid with care credit event though the insurance company said the fees should be much lower. I asked for the Dental codes several times and was never given them. Dr [redacted] called me several times to get me to change my reviews which I did once, but then they kept charging the insurance company over and over again after I was told it was a cash price. My insurance changed the first of the year first they said they accepted it but the insurance company said they were not a Authorized Dentist.

They tired to send a bill that was united heath cares bill to Blue shield (not the responsible insurance) on Jan 4, 2016 still trying to collect money for something I already paid for. United health care said my co pay for my crown should have been 275.00 plus lab fees that usually run $150.00, I was charged a total of $625.00 for one crown. the insurance company told me to as for a itemized receipt from the lab which I requested from the dentist but they never sent just like the codes they did not send. I feel I over paid and I had asked for whatever the insurance would cover seeing how I am perm. disability on SS and could not afford fancy teeth. They also sent a charge for the obstruction fee and wasn't there until I mentioned the other dentist after I was told they were both waived.

Very Serious billing and charging issues.Desired Settlement: Copies of Billing for the lab work and the correct bill codes. (so I can see if I was over charged) insurance company said I was. (requested but ignored)

To stop billing over and over again to try and get more money.

Yelp review will show how they are with the billing and charging issues.

Have them show a copy of what the insurance company will actually pay along with the quotes. Many people are getting ripped off.
