Hours/work: Cathy knew we had a bud**t to stay in, but additional employees were sent culminated in additional hours that were not agreed uponOn the day, Cathy called me on 12/stating if they start to clean the 3rd bathroom it would be almost 9hrs of laborI told her not to clean the 3rd bathroom to stay in bud**t of hrsCathy showed on 1/to review the previous work and agreed there were things missedUltimately less areas were identified to be cleaned, more man hours were used, we were billed for more and areas were still missed or skippedMicrowave: I lightly brought up the microwave on 1/At the time, I did not want to push the issue knowing the [redacted] technician was coming on 1/to assess the microwaveI did not blame anyone without knowing the facts [redacted] stated moisture got into the touch panelYou can see scratches along the microwave touch panel and surface itself (ima**s 3/2)Cathy continuously states it’s too greasy, so to her, we haven’t cleaned itThen, the only individuals to touch our microwave to clean it is MaidsMaid’s insurance company stated to refuse liability, but how can this be determined if no one from their side has the same dili**nce to assess the microwaveCathy has stated on many times it is our fault the microwave is greasyOn her 1/visit, she stated it was greasyDoesn’t this means they did not do a good job cleaning the first time? That reflects on the company itself, as the initial employees did not do a good job or they skimped on effortIf they did do their work, Cathy didn’t need to come outYou cannot take personal shots at customersWe just had a child during this incidentI did not [redacted] a chance to clean our kitchen prior to my child's birthI called Maids for assistance while attending to other parts of our livesIt is not our fault that we had a child nor should you bring that upThe microwave was not functional when we got back from the hospital and I needed to use if for my child

When *** contacted me I was quite shocked at her reason for callingShe had no idea that I even went out to the house after her husband called and evaluated and fixed the things that were missedWhile I was there I re cleaned the cabinets fronts and the front of the microwave which was
so built up with grease that I had to switch to a white eraser/Ammonia cleaner just to get them cleaned*** mentioned to me about the microwave not working but he wasn't even concerned that we had anything to do with it and was very happy that I came out to fix the things that he felt needed more attentionHis wife apparently was upstairs tending to the children and never came down to meet me.So you can imagine my shock when she called me several days later to tell me we broke her microwave and had no clue I was even there and spoke with her husband.I feel like the we didn't do anything out of the ordinary cleaning the microwave front panel and we shouldn't be responsible for replacing it or repairing itIn my opinion it was a faulty panel and the manufacture should have been notified of the issueIf the client would have cleaned it themselves it would have happened anyway. Cathy showed on 1/6 to review the previous work and agreed there were things missed. Ultimately less areas were identified to be cleaned, more man hours were used, we were billed for more and areas were still missed or skipped. 2. Microwave: I lightly brought up the microwave on 1/6. At the time, I did not want to push the issue knowing the ** technician was coming on 1/7 to assess the microwave.
