I have gone to great lengths in trying to stop postal mail from IHC Health SolutionsI have received unwanted postal mail from IHC for well over a yearIHC has refused to honor my countless requestsIt's not an unreasonable expectation for a private company to honor a simple request. IHC has reached an all time high incompetenceThe EOB's IHC are mailing to me, is from medical care I received while I was a customer under *** *** ***IHC has no affiliation with *** *** ***. When I first contacted IHC (summer of 2016) their customer service supervisor stated I would need to contact *** *** *** on my own to straighten out the problem. Right there tells you IHC's customer service is subparIf IHC was a good company they would have contacted *** *** *** themselves instead of dumping it on their former customerI purchased IHC's short term health insurance through my brokerMy broker has a contact within IHC. My broker had forwarded me an email from his contact at IHC stating the postal mail would stop this past summer. I received the latest postal mail from IHC in September of and I'm sure by mid October I will get the next postal mail from IHC. I will go to any length legally to stop the postal mail from IHC. This is a form of harassment by IHC and it needs to end.Below is an email from my Broker Ben Rosky on June 30, 2017:I
heard from IHC today about your claims. They told me they have closed
out all the claims they received from UHC, but this action requires
another round
of letters to you by law. You can toss them if you’d like, but I
wanted you to know they would be coming (and should be the last of
them)

Correspondence sent to the Arizona Department of Insurance provided the company's detailed position in this matter. IHC is not responsible for the actions of UHC, a separate entity.  Legally, if an administrator receives a claim it must communicate as to each claim.
