Bad business practices
I ordered one bottle of Somulin, ($24.95) which didn't work. Returning the product was a nightmare. When I finally found a form to fill out after the very un-user friendly website, I had to pay $12.15 to return it in order to meet their criteria for refund of $19.99, which is yet to be returned to my account. So that one capsule cost me $17.11 plus a lot of hassell.

Defective Junk Product, No Response
I ordered two noncontact thermometers and they were both defective right out of the box. You cannot reach a live person by phone, and I have sent multiple emails over the course of 8 days, and no response. I paid $114 for junk. I want my money back.

Wrong company, or at least wrong division. I ordered from iHealth Labs.

On Nov 21, I placed an order for Somulin and allowed you to charge my Amer. Exp credit card for $83.98 You gave me an order # PPCIHF6125. I expected you to tell me the shipping date and/or the arrival date. Give me that information by 5 PM CST on Monday Nov 25, 2019. If it's unreasonably late, I will cancel. GOOD Companies give this information immediately upon receipt of an order. Incompetent oned do what you guys have done: NOTHING!

An order was placed via our website on for our product Phenocal, for a total of units in the amount of $Due to the quantity and amount of the order and a discrepancy between the billing address and shipping address (different name and address) the order was held for verification as per our security protocolWe issued an email to the email address on file requesting information to confirm the validity of the order placed which included a copy of the front and back of the credit card and identification and due to no response from the customer, the order was canceled on and the pending transaction was voidedOf note, there was a previous order placed on 11/*/that was billed and shipped to [redacted] , [redacted] *** and this package was refused on delivery and returned to shipper A full refund has been issued for this order given the recent history of possible fraudulent activity with this customer accountWe apologize for the inconvenience incurred

I order a number of products online and am quite satisfied. Working with Ihealthfulfillment is awful! I ordered a product and paid extra 8.95 for shipping. They have 60-day guarantee that's a full page on their website. I thought it was safe to order from them b/c of the guarantee. I had to return the product and called for RA. Kathy responded and was defensive and not helpful at all. She said no one returns the product I ordered, and made it difficult to return. She sent a SIX PAGE (I'm not kidding) list of instructions that I have to do to return it. I paid for 2-day delivery and received the product in 6 days. They charge high delivery charge and then send by US mail and pocket the difference. They're cheap, unethical and unhelpful. I'll never order from them again. I've read numbers of reviews on line with similar experience to mine. Also they have 11 SERIOUS complaints at the RevDex.com. Be careful with this company. They're underhanded and trying to make a profit in unethical ways.

The customer requested to return the order on 11/**/and the return authorization was denied given the products were a re-order not eligible for a return as per our return policyHowever, management has made an exemption and the customer has been issued a return authorization for a full
refund. We responded to the PayPal dispute received approving the refund and once PayPal receives and reviews shipment details, the refund will be issued

The customer placed an order on 7/**/for the product, Revivatone, and the package was shipped by *** Second Day Priority Mail on 7/**/with signature required due to the amount and there was an attempted delivery on 8/*/and a notice was left at the residence because an authorized recipient
was not availableThe customer contacted us on 8/*/in regards to the missed delivery and the customer declined to pick up the package at the local post office or or make other alternate redelivery arrangements available through *** due to being awayThe package was scheduled to be returned to sender on 8/**/if unclaimed and the customer was informed a refund would be issued upon receipt of the returned packageAt this time, we have issued the customer a full refund anticipating the package will remain unclaimed and returned to sender as scheduled

The costumer service is horrible and the product (vitamin C serum) not worth the money. I didn’t see any results after a month using it. Too expensive for no results. As if that was not enough, the shipping they arrange is long, almost two weeks. They also drop it at your door in the sun (the vitamin C is not effective, if it is not at room temperature, the heat degrades it). The company just doesn’t care.

Placed order requesting one day shipment. Same answer: had to review my order
so it arrived three business days later. Response from Cherry in American Samoa
was she sent me a copy of their return policy and a RAN # by email. Take advantage
of their return policy by consuming the product down to one remaining dose and then
return for full credit less shipping and fees, but within 60 days of order date. Allow enough
time to get there within the 60 day time frame.

This place is a scam. I made an order and then cancelled it with an hour later and they went ahead and shipped snd product and charged. The girl I talked to said that I did not cancel. I told that yes I dis. She said, we'll it is already shipped so there is nothing I can do. She was beyond rude. I am reporting this company and will get my money back. Don't do business with this company

I ordered a product on June 8 and haven't received it yet. Ordered it on June8 it was picked by FedEx on June 8 shipped to Memphis, TN onJune 8 and it has been there ever since according FedEx tracking with delivery date pending. My credit card has been charged and my delivery date WAS June 12.

Ordered pills paid for them and shipping, now received a bill from FEDEX for £62.24, what's going on.

It said nothing about any extra payment on delivery

Review: I ordered a product from this company, which I have done before for one year, but I always have trouble getting my product on time when they say they will ship ito me. I always have to call them to remind them about my delivery, whether I pay by Credit CARD, or if Isend a check. Well this time I sent a check to the address they told me, It was different from what it is on this report. My check cleared my bank on four days after I sent it to th em, I called the co. and asked about my product, and they told me I would receive my product after they check with their business office, FinallyI told tem to send me a refund check to cover mine andthey told me it would take another two to three weeks for this to happen, Here It is the ninth of June and I had to call them again to see where my refund check is, and again I was told I will have to wait for then to talk to the business office b efore they can issue a refund check.

I started this on April 22.15 and here it is the 6- 9 -15 and I had tio call them again. What am I suppose to do?

My check goes thru my baank, four days after I send it , but they say they have not received it

If you order 2 day shipping it can take 7 days to deliver and you can't do anything about it because they can say we had to review the order. That's like me using an excuse to cover my screw up. Basically a scam.
