iHeart Moments Photography

I am not sure where to start. I got married on Sept. 14th 2013. I hired [redacted] owner and operator of iHeart Moments Photography to take photos of my wedding. On the day of the wedding she was supposed to arrive at 11:00 am she was an hour and forty five minutes late, adding stress to an already stressful day. After the wedding she said I would receive my photos in 6-8 weeks. I am now at week 11 and have yet to see any of my wedding photos. I have tried multiple times to contact her via text and phone. If she answers she promises that she is uploading my photos, but I have yet to see any of these. She lacks in communication skills and does not keep her costumers in the loop on what is going on. She also lets her personal life interfere with her professional life. We paid [redacted] in a timely manner both the deposit and the entire total. We have nothing to show for it.Desired SettlementWe would like our wedding photos that we have already paid for.
