Review: We had roof repairs done by this company over a year ago and we are still trying to get them to complete the repairs. They finally fixed the leak over the sink and we were told that the whole section of roof would be replaced, only to find that another leak in the kitchen a few feet away was now occurring pouring down the side of the microwave. Last year before winter they came to fix this. They didnt. They cut a hole in the roof, took out the exhaust pipe that went up to the roof and left it like that and never came back to finish. So a month ago I called because rain water is pouring right down and onto my stove. They came and tarped the roof and left rocks to hold tarp down. Said not to park by garage. This is a liability! Never came back to finish. Never returns calls either . Left 6 messages. This has been going on for over a year and the roof is still not fixed. We are just at our wits end..and may have to turn this into a legal matter.Desired Settlement: We want the roof repaired ! And correctly not half way.

Consumer

Response:

You wanted the name on this complaint. It's [redacted]. There was only one invoice given. But on invoice it did say satisfaction guaranteed. If there is a warranty they never return calls or finish work..so they could purposely take their time to let time lapse.

Business

Response:

Business responded to complaint. Company is going there Thursday morning, or Wednesday if they can get there sooner. They have gone to her house back and forth for the past year, they fixed one leak, then there was another. They will be fixing an exhaust pipe from a microwave which was attributing to the leak. It wasn't going all the way out through the roof so they will extend the pipe so it will go out through the roof. They will be putting a vent in as well. They told her the roof was bad and technically it needs replaced. Consumer said she is not going to pay for that. They did offer to deduct the $900 the consumer already paid from the price of a new roof, but the consumer declined.
