Review: I received an IHome docking station for Christmas. I plugged in my android to charge, after charging I plugged in to play music, about half hour my phone turned off. My phone never rebooted. I took my phone to [redacted], they couldn't get it to reboot, I ended up having to buy a whole new Phone. When I called IHome to discuss the situation the woman helping me said " Thats Impossible". She told me that it is impossible that their IHome would be responsible for burning up my phone. She didn't want to listen to me or my reasoning, my phone was working fine before I charged it and played it on the IHome. She wanted me to send in the unit for inspection but that is all they would do for me and that they are not responsible for what happened to my phone and stated there was something wrong with my phone before I plugged it into the IHome. She was unfriendly and rude, with lousy customer service.Desired Settlement: Especially now since I had to deal with such rude behavior, I want the cost of the new phone I had to buy. There was nothing wrong with the phone I had before plugging it into the IHome unit.
