I could not imagine working with anyone other than iHomes for the home buying or selling process. [redacted] and [redacted] know exactly what they are doing and work tirelessly to negotiate the best deal for their clients. We recently purchased our first home with the help of iHomes. [redacted] knew exactly what to show us based on our criteria, knew what to look for in each home to gauge the true value of the properties (shortcuts don't get past him!) and patiently walked us through each step. [redacted] took charge of the paperwork processes for negotiations and financing - she gets it DONE! She even did the walk-thru of the property with me to 'blue tape' any areas that needed addressed before closing. No one is more efficient, professional, honest and trustworthy than [redacted] and [redacted] at iHomes. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
