Review: I was an EARLY morning Patron of this IHop on Aug.24,2013. I was part of a Bus Tour going to the Washington Monument for the 50th yr Anniversary of the MLK,Jr. I HAVE A DREAM speech. The orders for bkfast were mixed up. When I got to the register, my order was tallied and I used my Credit Card to pay. I signed a SLIP FOR $13.XX. I DID NOT GET MY RECEIPT AND WALKED OUT. I completely forgot about not having a receipt until my credit card statement came in the mail and I frantically tried to find it. My Credit Card co. will not refund me without a receipt. I was charged a total of $24.00 for a meal of $13.XX. I don't remember the change amount. I know it was $13 because I remember signing for that amount.Desired Settlement: I want the IHOP Restaurant to know that I am NOT a forgetful Senior and I DO know what is going on. Our food orders came late and we were being rushed to leave for our next segment of the Bus Tour. I made sure I received my Credit Card back and left without a receipt. Please let the Restaurant Manager know that a complaint has been made.

I revived the complain from [redacted]. We be glad to look in to it but I need more information from [redacted] . If we charge extra money on her credit card we will return here money back to her account. I will call [redacted] and try solve the situation.
