The customer was refunded $431.78 by the credit card company. We sent an approval to merchant card services. The customer's long term business is greatly appreciated and we apologize for this error.
Review: In early April of this year, I notified this company that I would not be renewing my website services. I also notified them last month by phone. Now, I'm told I didn't.A company representative told me a couple of days ago that the termination would require a thirty day notice and that the end would be in 30 days. This is unfair since I did, in fact, notify them - not be contractual requirements, but due to common courtesy. I have been with them since 2004.I want an immediate and total refund and cancellation. I want the charge for the website yearly services immediately removed from my [redacted] card. I will not pay for something I will not get AND no longer want.Desired Settlement: I want the charge removed from my [redacted] card and I want it completely removed immediately. I notified them in the appropriate time and expect the same courtesy.
