I am writing in response to complaint ID ***. Professional Plumbing, Incwas dispatched to the customers home through their home warranty company (*** *** ** ***) regarding a leak. We arrived at the customer’s home at 2:pm on Wednesday 11/24/2015. We found that
his underground water service was leaking and would need to be replacedHis warranty company does not cover repairs to any plumbing outside the foundation of the home so the claim was deniedAlso, the warranty states that we are to collect the customers deductible when we arrive at the home. This particular customer had a dollar deductible. Upon diagnosis, as a show of good faith we only collected the dollar service call fee rather than his full deductible since his warranty company would not cover the repairs.
