When this customer came into the office he saw this truck and wanted to test drive it and after being gone approximately an hour and minuteshe came back into the office and asked if he could run a CarfaxAfter the Carfax came back he said he wanted to buy itHe signed the contract and security agreement which states at the bottom "Absolutely no guaranteesAll cars as is where is." as well as him signing an additional "as is" statement When the sale was complete I told him I would give him a month warranty at no charge to him and told him it would not go into effect right away but if there was any problems to come back to me to take care of them He did not wait for the warranty papers to go into effect before calling the company and started harassing them so when the paperwork arrived they rejected it
