My wife had the transmission fluid changed that resulted in transmission failing and needs to be replaced
2009 VW Routan van was taken to Valvoline Instant Oil Change located at 9012 Alt A1A, PBG, Florida. Transmission failed and needs to be replaced. Dealership explained that transmission was not sealed properly. Valvoline is refusing to repair my vehicle. Vehicle is currently at Schumacher Dealership in North Palm Beach.
