IIlusion Party Store

On Thurs 3/28/13 went to Ilusion Party Store to inquire about renting a wicker chair for a baby shower which was to be held on Sat 3/30/13 at 4pm.[redacted], informed me that the rental cost was $30 plus $30 deposit. I paid him $60 in cash for which I have a receipt. [redacted] told me that he would be at the business until 3pm on Saturday. I went to the store on Saturday at 2:15pm. The business was completely shut down. I called the telephone number listed on the receipt (XXX)XXX-XXXX at 2:18pm. There was no answer. I was due to be at the shower venue for 2:30pm so I went without a wicker chair.On Monday 4/1/13 I went to Ilucion Party Store at approximately 12:30pm. Again the business was closed. As I was leaving in my car I saw [redacted] going to his vehicle parked on [redacted] I approached him to question why I was not able to pick up the chair. He responded that he called me and he had no time to speak with me further. Today, Wednesday 4/3/13 I went to Ilucion Party Store and spoke with [redacted]. He only returned to me the $30 deposit and refused to return $30 for a chair that his business was not open for me to receive. Ilucion Party Store states their hours of operation as 11am-5pm Mon to Sat. On 2 occassions I went to his business during those hours and he was not open.I did receive a call on Saturday 3/30/13 at 3:02pm from (XXX)XXX-XXXX. [redacted] states that this is his number. He did not leave a message when he called me.I have no issue with this business requiring a deposit in the event that their property is not returned to them in the condition it was given. I do not expect to give this business my money for a service that was not rendered.Product_Or_Service: wicker chair rentalOrder_Number: n/aAccount_Number: n/aDesired SettlementI seek to have $30 returned to me because this business did not provide a service.Business' Initial Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXX XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]On Thurs 3/28/13,Ms.[redacted] went to my store to rent a Wicker chair for a baby shower on 3/30/13 at 4:00 pm..That day I told [redacted] that I was goin out at 3:00 pm that Saturday,but something show up earley at 2:00 pm I star calling people,to pick their equipment before I leave the store,I make several intent to call [redacted] last call was at 3:02 pm.from my cell (XXX)XXX-XXXX I dont know if I leave massage,some people that I call that day their mail box was full,but I called more that once,she never answer a phone ,if she went to my store like she say,I had my cell number on my door for the people that go to my store and the store is closed,I work there alone and I go to lunch,I go to the bank,I go out to put money on the meater,I drink coffe a at 3:00 pm every day,but like I say, my cell number is out side of my door,for those that go to my store,on that time went I am out of my store,if she went to my store like she say she never miss that number on my door,she say that she call my store number,that why I know that she never went to pick that chair on my store,she only call never show up like she say,another thing is if she miss to pick that chair,and she was worry about that I call her even that I was away. at three O'clok she never answer her phone and if she see that miss call,from a phone that she dont know,more than once, she shut it call, back ,she never call back,she never went to my store,to pick that chair,I fit that chair very nice for her,even that she place the order late,for to fit a chair the order have to be place one week earley,she went two day before the party,and in the afther noon not in the morning I have only one day to work with that order,what I see for my experience that she dont need it any more but she dont call,to cancel the order because my policy if she cancel the same day of the party she lose even the deposit,the day that she went to my store that I was not ready to talk to her,that day I was on my way out in the meadler of a apoiment that I can miss I tould her come back tomorow and we talk. That was went she say that she was goin to Revdex.com.for the complain. Went we have the chance to talk she try to say that I never call her,she luck on her phone and I see my number,and she try to hide it to say that I never call because I never call from my store number and that the phone that she know,but I dit call her and I dit fit her a nice chair,and I dit try my best to contat her so she have a chair that day Iam very worry went someone do a order and dont pick that order up,I know things happen,but Iam always welling to help even that I have to do a Delivery for free,even that I was away my thougt was on that chair that [redacted] dont pick up,because I call back at 3:02 pm.That chair I leave it with someone on the mall,just in case that she call me on my cell,this person call me at 5:30 to tell me wath happen with the chair that no one pick up,and his leaving.Even the policy of my store say that she can lose the money for this action I say to her that she not goin to lose that money,that I would give her a CREDIT FROM THE STORE FOR THE $30.00 DOLLAR.AND SHE HAD 30 DAYS TO USE IT.FROM 4/1/13 TO 5/1/13...that was the best that I can do with her ,and I do it because she rent before with us,SO I APOLOISER WITH HER I SAY HOW SOORY I WAS AND I TOLD HER THAT I DIT MY BEST TO SERVE HER WITH MY SERVISE ,I BEING DOING THIS FOR 13 YEARAND YOU CAN SEE MY RECORD WITH YOU ,I THINK I HAVE ANOTHER COMPLAIN BUT THIS IS PEOPLE THAT THINKS DON GO THEIR WAYS AND TRY TO HURT YOU FOR DIFERENT WAY,I AM HERE TO SERVE THE PUBLIC WITH THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGEMENT TO CONSUMER.I KNOW IAM NOT PERFECT BUT I DO MY WORK WITH PASION AND LOVE,IS NOT THAT I SELL A PACK OF SIGARETE TO SOMEONE ,MY WORK IS MORE THAN THAT,IN MY STORE WE BUILD A FRIEND SHIP BECAUSE I HAD THE OPORTUNITY TO TALK ABOUT COLLOR,I HAD THE OPORTUNITY TO SEE HOW THIS PERSON FILL THAT DAY AND IF I CAN HELP IAM THERE TO HELP MY WORK IS NOT TO ONLY MAKE MONEY, BUT TO HELP OTHER THAT NEED THAT EXTRA HAND THAT I HAVE IN MY STORE I HAVE A PARTY STORE,I MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY FOR THE TIME THE PARTY LAST,I DECORATE HALLS AND PEOPLE LIKE IT,I GIVE THEM MY IDEAS WENT THEY DONT HAVE A CLUD OF WHAT THEIR WANT,MS. [redacted] fill that we take the money,for a service that she dont recive ,SHE HAVE THE OPTION OF PICK THAT CHAIR FRIDAY EVENING,I THINK THAT MS.[redacted] DONT NEED THAT CHAIR ANY MORE AND THAT WHY SHE NOT EVEN WENT TO MY STORE,ON SATURDAY TO PICK THAT CHAIR UP...I GIVE HER A CREDIT THAT SHE DINT USE YET....THIS IS MY SIDE OF THIS COMPLAIN..AND I DINT RESPOSE BEFORE BECAUSE I HAD NO COMPUTER FOR A MOUNTH TODAY I JUST GOT MY COMP.OK MY NUMBER IS XXX XXX-XXXX,FOR ANY INFORMATION.
