refuse it, but it states it was deliveredWe told the customer that she did not supply all her address correctly and we told her that if the package comes back to us that we would issue a full refund, but it states it was delivered, front desk/ receptionSure sounded like she was trying to pull a scam, in turn gives us a bad nameIf anyone would like to see this delivery they can go to *** Tracking Number *** to see the resultsSounds like she needed to blame it on someone because she didn't put the complete address on her orderAnd *** never talked to the lady in an inappropriate way, Myself as the owner listened to the whole conversation!! *** ***

Review: I purchased 1 gallon touch of oranges wood cleaner and reconditioned from [redacted]. I had this sent to my work address.[redacted] dropped off the package to the USPS and was delivered to a different unit. It was rejected. I called the post office they do not have this. I called the customer service number was told someone would call me back. [redacted] called me back with telling me that she has proof that I have the package and called me damn liar on the phone. I am demanding a full refund on the product. She could not give me information with any signatures. I will never do business with this company again.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and will not buy another item from this company.
