I am rejecting this response from the Ikare Mood and Trauma clinic.  As a testament to their prompt, speedy, and immediate customer service, it only...

took them nearly two months to respond to a complaint.  They still don't respond immediately to phone calls or return messages, nor have they cooperated to this day in providing to me a copy of my daughter's records.   Attached is an eyewitness testimony of what happened that day.  If you need to speak to eye witness, please respond back and let me know, and I will ask him to call [redacted]  Thanks, [redacted]
