Review: I purchased a sectional couch set on December 30, 2013 for $999.99 plus tax. I did not purchase the optional delivery which would have been $100. I was told the furniture would be delivered to the store on January 15,2014, I had purchased a u-haul rental for that day for $19.95 and was going to pick up the furniture myself. After calling the store that day they said the shipment did not come in and they would contact me when the furniture is delivered to their store. I have not yet received a call and I have even called their store and also the headquarters and left detailed messages with my order number,name, and phone number. I have yet to receive any contact from this store and still am sitting on a lawn chair in my living room because my furniture is not in yet. I purchased this couch on December 30, 2013, and paid for it in full at that time. It is not February 3, 2014 and I still do not have my furniture nor have been called back. It has been 20 days past the date I was promised to have my product by.Desired Settlement: I did a lot of research on what couch set I wanted and this was the one I choose so I still do want this set as long as I can have it delivered to my address by February 7, 2014. I do not want to pay for the additional delivery fee as I feel that it should be delivered at no cost because I had purchased a U-haul for the date I was told and also I have been without a couch for over a month. I also do not want to go to the store to pick it up as I would not feel comfortable.

We sincerely apologize for the delay. This particular item is on back order and has been since the middle of January. After contacting the manufacturer, they have informed us that there is still a 2-3 week wait for the item.

Review: Leased a kitchen table set that was not delivered on the dated indicated and once finally received the table set was damaged and had defects.

I leased a 6 chair marble table set from Ikasa in [redacted] in August 2013, I made my first payment the day I agreed to lease the product. I was advised my table set would arrive in the store for pick up on the saturday 8/24/13, I called that morning to customer service # and it was confirmed by a worker that my order would at the store later that day. So, later in the day I called the store again on the same day to see what time I can come pick it up and was told that the truck never showed up and that I would possibly get the table set on the following wednesday. On top of this my second payment was already taken out my checking account and I hadn't even received my merchandise yet. This was the first mistake. Secondly, I finally received the table set on that wednesday, and I believe it was because I had complained to the leasing company about the situation on not getting the table set and a payment already being taken. So I finally pick up the table set and my Dad and Husband brings home the table set and starts assembling the set, and while putting it together it was noticed that this nice marble table has a long line crack going across it, very noticeable!! Also one of the kitchen chairs legs has a long crack going down the middle of the wood, and the other chairs were wobbly because of the legs not being even. On the same day of picking up the furniture and seeing the defects I immediately called the store and spoke to one of the workers who advised that I needed to speak with the store manager about the defects. The next day I called and spoke with the manager [redacted] who said all I needed to do is take pictures of the damage and call customer service # to file a claims report. The first # I was given for customer service just rang, there was not greeting or any options to speak with anyone. So I called the store again and spoke with [redacted] who then gave me another# to try, again the same thing all it did was ring no answer, mind you i'm at work trying to resolve this issue. I called again for the third time and spoke again to [redacted] I told her that i'm sick of the run around and I want them to contact their customer service and advise of my issue, I gave her my cell phone# to call back once she talked with someone. NO RESPONSE!!!!! After work I went to the store and demanded to speak the manager who was already gone for the day. [redacted] told me that I should contact the leasing company and cancel my agreement, and I did call them [redacted], and I was told that the store had to be the one to agree to cancel my contract. This Monday 09/02/13 I went to the store and finally got in hold of the manager. I told her about the runaround and how I wanted to cancel my contract and to come pick up this damaged furniture, [redacted] (manager) advised me there was nothing she could do and that I need to call customer service to see about canceling my agreement, she said the store doesn't handle refunds. All she did was give me another phone# to call and an email to send to a [redacted].

I'm feed up and wish I knew about this company before I provided my personal bank information to them. This store is a rip of!Desired Settlement: I first asked to have the furniture replaced but after receiving a total run around with the store manager, leasing company, and the so called customer service dept, I am requesting a full refund on the money already paid to towards the lease.

Review: I brought a king size bed with mattress & box spring after four days the bed collapsed now we have to support it with books and boards. We have called IKASA on three different times we even stop down their twice and they finally sent someone to our home. they look at it and said that's how they are made with no support. The supports beam slips. So every time we move, the bed slips. We have to take every thing off and reset the whole bed.

That particular bed only supports a certain weight. We will be happy to send the customer a complimentary bedframe that can be installed inside the existing bed. This bedframe is a heavy duty frame that has dual support and can also withstand up to 1000 lbs. Please let us know if the customer would like us to send this complimentary frame to our Springfield location for them to pick up.
