I have a Honda Civic Hybrid and I had a new EGR valve amd IMA battery installed in late The day I had the work done, I didnt make it home before the engine amd IMA lights came back on I had to return to the dealership seven more times between then and now that suggested that the work that had been done was still faultyI'm several of those occasions I requested the technicians to check the power control module to see if it was malfunctioning they in told me flat-out know that they couldn't check that when they could only check what codes came upIt did not replace or repair anything that was throwing a code until through two weeks ago they finally decided to replace the IMA battery under warrantyI was on my way to take the car in on Monday January 30th and it overheated and diedWhen they checked it temperature had gotten up to degrees because the power control module had failed causing the cooling motor to not workSince I had asked them repeatedly if this coul

Tell us why hereTo whom it may concern: Ms*** has been instructed to speak with *** ***. Ms*** has tried to discuss this with many different employees from different departments. We are willing to have her car looked at again from our dent less paint repair
company. As long as she is willing to be respectful and courtesy with my employees. If she can’t do that than we are unwilling to help per any further. Ms*** bought a vehicle that was eight years old and had over 80,miles on it. She also bought the vehicle as is. I will attach a copy of the buyer’s guide where she signed acknowledging the vehicle was bought as is no warranty. I am not sure that our paint less dent Company can make her happy. There is no way that they can make her car look brand new. But we are willing to have them look at it again. If she is interested in that please have her only contact *** *** at ***. He is the only one who I have authorized to take care of this matter. Ms*** is asking for a refund for the amount of damage. We are not willing to refund anything to Ms*** again she bought a car as is with no warranty
