Ike's Plumbing went out to snake main drain on 3/10/On 3/Ike's Plumbing received a call that the main drain had backed up againCall was transferred to Ike and Ike informed the individual that we will come back outHowever, if it is found that the current leak didn't have anything to do with the main drain that we had previously came and snaked then there may be an additional chargeTechnician went back out 3/16/to investigate the leakFound that the leak the customer called in about was from the condensation line from the furnace that was tied into the p trapWhich had nothing to do with the snaking of the main drain that we originally servicedTechnician noted upon leaving residence that the area was dry and there was no leakingIke's Plumbing invoiced customer for technician coming out (which was previously addressed to customer) on 3/17/Ike's Plumbing then received a call from [redacted] saying that the technician was there for ten minutes and she did not understand why she getting an invoice if the problem wasn't fixedTiffani from Ike's Plumbing informed [redacted] that she would speak with Ike regarding invoice and see how he would like to handle the situationTiffani informed [redacted] that she wasn't sure who Ike had spoke to on the phone the morning of 3/13/but she had heard him inform that individual that there may be an additional chargeTiffani gave message to IkeOn 3/27/Ike's Plumbing received call from Son-In-Law saying he had not received a call from Ike about issueTiffani apologized and informed would give Ike the message againTiffani did not say that Ike provides a one year warranty on any plumbers work, however she did say that she would ask Ike to give [redacted] a call again
