I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.My checking account was finally credited, not by Jenna who said she would take care of it but by her manager on March 23, almost a whole month after I returned the productThey were going to send a gift card, but I still haven’t received that I should note that the manager told me the reason it wasn’t credited right away was because the system was waiting for a Visa cardI didn’t use a Visa card, but she was certain I dIdGood thing I had my receipt for proof They also kept thinking it was a hold up on the banks end The whole thing is confusing and frustrating I am still not sure that I wil ever shop there again Thank you for helping get this resolved
