lack of communication. I did not receive your complaint from my staff in a timely manner, and partly because I had been out of the office dealing with my wifes hospitalization and treatment. But, when I am out of the office I expect my staff to handle any and all customer concerns. The concern and complaint you have with my technician is very concerning and has been taken very seriously. Something like that is unfortunately common in our industry, but is not tolerated from anyone. We take steps to curb this from potentially happening, and also educate our employees as to the benefits of working with my company and representing it correctly. Again, not an excuse, but another delay in getting back to you, besides my wifes situation, was me collecting information from my gps system, call logs and dispatch software. On your Revdex.com complaint, which I received 8-21-16, you listed day of service as 7-20-16. But upon investigation, we found it to actually be on 7-14-16. After talking with you on the phone, I may be wrong on the date. Regardless, this event is unacceptable and has been appropriately handled. Again, the technician in question has been handled appropriately, and we have made changes in our efforts to follow up on customer calls and issues. Be reassured this was a 1 time incident. Our history in San Antonio is of honesty and integrity and speaks volumes and I am embarrassed by this incident. All of our customers, friends and family can validate how we have never served them in this manner. I am asking is to trust in Ike’s Air our history and reputation that this has been handled appropriately. It was a pleasure speaking with you sir, and again, I thank you for bringing this to my attention, and apologies for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused and on the delayed communication.
