I had the back roof of my house re shingled with IKO shingles. The job was done by Squires Construction in 2008. A few years ago, I noticed that the shingles were curling up and starting to break off. So I contacted IKO a few days ago and sent them both contracts. Basically, I was told through an email that the official documents I scanned and emailed to them were NOT original contract forms! So I am going to contact the BBB and let them know what I was just put through. These shingles match the other roofing shingles on my house. And the other shingles on my house are still in excellent shape, even though I have no idea how long ago they were put on the roof of my house! The date today is March 3, 2024.

One of the big selling points for this house was the fact that the roof had more than 20 years left in it. I've had the home for less than three years and will need to replace the roof. I am disappointed that the company doesn't care about the quality of their product.
