I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Mr. [redacted] stated that his company serviced my yard twice - not true. He said that services was not being completed. I didn't see where my yard was even cut. One time,  a lady answered his phone. She told me about his father. I told her not to bother him - just have him call me when he came back. She said that my yard will be the first one. Well, I waited about 3 weeks or so. Nobody ever returned any of my many phone calls. Maybe if he would have let me know he was having problems, we could have worked something out. I talked with [redacted] (he used to work with [redacted]). He called [redacted] then called me back. He said that [redacted] assured him that he would call me. He has yet to call me. I have since hired someone else to clean my yard. All I would like from Mr. [redacted] is for him to return the $300 that I foolishly prepaid him. As Mr. [redacted] said in his response, he did move some furniture for me. I offered to pay him for this service, but he said that it was no problem and refused any compensation. Mr. [redacted] stated in his response that he fixed my van. I don't recall this. If he did, it was nothing major - maybe adding water to the batter or checking the oil.

My  name is [redacted] is incorrect in stating that my company did not service her property. We did spend three hours on cleaning the front and back yard on two separate occasions. We have a total of 6.75 labor hours documented on file. My father passed away after the second...

service and I wad handling his estate for two weeks after. When I returned to Columbus I came down with pneumonia and was hospitalized for three weeks. Soon after I recovered I relapsed and was hospitalized again for two weeks. I have had to let all of my employees go due to myself not being able to watch over my company as money started to come up missing and service was not being completed at the standard that is expected. We I hold myself to a high standard as well as my emoloyees.Currently I am recovering from  a trailer loaded with granite Released itself from the trailer ball and crush my left foot and punctured my ankle in two spots and inch and a half deep in two spots. I will happily treat her back lawn and make her happy. What the treatment in her back lawn consists of is spraying for overgrown weeds against her fence line and one they have died we will bag them up and remove. Most of the weeds are poison oak, poison ivy and poison sumak. As soon as I am cleared by my orthopedic surgeon I will spray and within five to seven days will remove the dead debris. As to the allegation that Ikon has not started services is false. We keep all time on jobs as well as employees on that job. We also did extra things for [redacted] at no charge to go above and beyond the service requirmens. Such as moving furniture on two occasions and helping her service her van that she was trying to sell. Her lawn had not been serviced in over a year and I even gave her a discount of $200.00 to help her out as she was having money trouble. [redacted] also talked to my assitant on numerous occasions and was informed of my situatin. So in closing I apologize for not completing the patch of weeds and as soon as [redacted] orthopedic hospital clears me for work she will be first on the list to get taken care of.
