The company its taking at 39.00 fee for background and getting a pool of people to apply instead of first come first serve with criteria met.
We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our service. Our goal is to support renters and property owners in making the rental process simple and delightful for everyone involved. Property owners access our portal (Homebase) to see applications submitted by prospective tenants in order of submission. At times, multiple individuals will apply for listings of high demand, however, the property owner should review applications on a first come first serve basis.
We have moved forward with a refund for your background check fee and hope we might be able to serve you in the future in finding a home to rent.

This a property management company. I viewed a property, paid a nonrefundable application fee, and I am now being ignored. There were all kinds of issues trying to fill out their online application. I believe the property was rented out before I was able to complete the application. As soon as it was submitted, I got an email asking me what other properties I would like to apply for, to lease.After waiting a week, I contacted them via email and text message several times, about the property I wanted. I have received no response. No information my application shows in my account either. Everything is blank, except for my credit check.
