Review: I went in with a broken screen. The man told me that he could fix it. As he was working on the phone, he did something and broke the battery cable. He told me that he was so sorry, and was going to call the boss to see how to fix the situation. After explaining to the boss that he broke my phone, they gave me a loaner phone. Which by the way, only worked on speaker phone. I came in the following morning to pick up my phone that they claimed to have repaired. The wrong sim card was installed. Not a problem. I went back to fix it. I tried using the phone and different pages and features kept popping up. No problem, I went back and they fixed it. Again, they installed the wrong sim card. Went back and they fixed it. Through out the day the phone kept shutting off. I called the [redacted] again, he said he knows the problem. I brought the phone back in. He blamed all the issue on me because I rushed him to fix my phone. This time in front of customers, he humiliated me. He told me that he saved my phone and I broke it. He told me that I should thank him for fixing it. He pretended like his Employee did call him the night before to let him know that he broke my phone. I still paid him for the repair. He did not credit me and P.S. my phone is still broken. I would also like to note that before bringing the phone in for repairs. Over the phone they gave me one price. When I came in, they told me a different price. They acted like I did not understand them. However, I heard a customer walk in and have the same confrontation with them about the price. So, I think that this is standard practice at this place. They do not have a price list.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. I would also like them to be investigated.
