situation did not go entirely as the complaint insinuates. The Customer had a landscaping project completed with new grass (Sod) Installed, and had a large party on the brand new sod only days after it was installed. The care of new sod is carefully laid out during our consultation, and our advisement was ignored. After the customer put out bad reviews on several online outlets, we were forced to replace the material at our own cost. Again, the issue was not caused by improper installation, or by any fault of our company. The assertion that we never returned calls or email regarding the problem is also incorrect, and we dispute the validity of the entire claim.
