Company that does not fulfill its obligations.
I was not reimbursed for the 6 weeks of money I had purchased for taking English classes in person. Being themselves who paralyzed the face-to-face classes.

I want to write about in this day I lived.This day is really bad day for me because I have a problem about my family so I needed to keep in touch them.Unfortunately, today I changed my class and I chosed one teacher who my friend recommend.I didnt know her rules.She collect our cell phone.I tried to say my teacher just today just 2 hours I need my cellphone because I have a problem.But when I was trying to explain my situation She didnt listen to me. In addition she didnt care about me.. she turned her faced back just show her hand and she said ''you can change your class again. you can dont attend this lesson you can wait outside''. I know I can.But I paid lots of money why I waste my time? I speak slowly and then while she was saying something how can I explain myself?...She should have listened to me because I didnt sent a message or anything just I was waiting for news.. that was really important situation for me ...Any rules cant be strict like this If my parents was sick or they stayed hospital, how can I learn their situaton.. If the person who I need to keep in touch him is die and I learn too late, what will be happen?
and I am not a child...I am learning speak English.. not speaking any language I can speak very well my language. I am not a her baby.I know my responsibility. I didnt come kindergarden.she have to respect to me because I am an individual.
